Giveaway Day!

The giveaway is closed! I will be emailing the winner this morning! Thanks for all the visits and a few new followers!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Last time around I didn't really know what Giveaway Day was, but I do now! I didn't win anything last time, but I discovered a bunch of great blogs that I still follow. I didn't want to miss the chance to participate this time! I'm going to give away 2 things. First,
The Pleated Purse.
The outside is duckcloth and the inside is broadcloth. It is approximately 14 inches wide and 12 inches long. It's a very room purse. I carried another one I made, and it was the perfect size.
There are divided pockets on each side.
I'm also giving away this yarn. It was supposed to be for scarves for my kids, one boy and one girl. My daughter loves stuff like that. However, my skills are a little bit lacking, and I couldn't use this. Maybe you can.
I will randomly chose two winners on the evening of the 25th. I will ship internationally. I would love to have more followers, but I hate those kind of giveaways. Just leave an interesting comment...what would you make, what you've won before, what you had for dinner. I have a number in my head and if I get that many followers, I'll also give away some fabric. Please be sure that your email is available in your profile or leave it in your comment.
Definitely go check out the rest of the giveaways at Sew, Mama, Sew!
The bag is very cute! I am not a super talented yarn-er, though. I dabbled in crocheting for a minute or so last year. And I find this very frustrating, because I'm normally very good at learning new things! Argh :(
The weather is glorious today and I'm planning on making something in my crock pot for dinner in order to be able to spend more time outdoors.
I love the pleated purse and would be happy to win it. The yarn looks great as well and I know I could find something to do with it. So really I wouldn't mind winning either one. :)
I have only one 1 give away - a charm pack of Lovely by Sandy Gervais which I love and hope to turn into the beginings of a quilt for my daughter soon.
Butterflies are my thing so I am in love with that bag. I can't knit but I have a friend who might be convinced to make a scarf for me and one for her if I share the wool.
Ooooh, love that bag! The details you've added inside (those little butterflies) is wonderful! I am trying to learn how to knit or crochet (hoping one will just suddenly 'click' and make sense to me! lol) Thank you for the chance to win!
Having seen this purse in person, I can vouch that it's amazing. As for the yarn, I might try a scarf or maybe some washcloths. I always need more of those in the kitchen!
Also, I subscribe via google reader...not sure if that shows up in your "followers" or not.
Fabulous bag!! And I knit/crochet but haven't been too inspired lately...maybe I just need the right yarn to inspire me :) Thanks for the chance!
Oh and last night we had left-over brisket used in some yummy philly cheese steak quesadillas...mmmm
I would absolutely love the bag!
I don't know what kind of yarn it is so it is hard to say what I would make with it. But I do knit and crochet so it would get put to use.
That purse is so beautiful, I really truly love it!
My fun comment? THe first thing I ever won was a bottle of ketchup. When I was little. I wonder if that is why I love ketchup so much!
I am a yarn fiend! Not sure what I'd make with it yet, but I'm sure I could come up with some ideas. Thanks for the giveaway!
