I've been working hard on my zig-zag quilt, hoping to get it done by Friday. I think I'll be able to know for sure if that's realistic after I work on it tonight. I've decided that I would rather take my time and have it nicely finished than rush to get it done by Friday. I LOVE the way it looks so far.
I've also worked a little on this project. It's good to just pick up for a few minutes. Other people may think I'm crazy, but I find the embroidery very relaxing.
No progress on anything else, sewing wise. I do have a bit of my garden planted and my flower beds fixed up nicely! I had to take advantage of the beautiful weather to be outside.

I was drawn in by your value quilt! I love it - and am going to be trying a zig-zag here shortly myself! My new motto is take the time to make it right, I agree with you, take your time and enjoy the process.
Your zig zag is really coming together nicely. That clock is too cute too!
Love the zig zag! Can't wait to see it done.
